Gluten free, all natural, no processed ingredients, but still quite a lot of raw sugar in this delicious all natural fudge gourmet brownie mix.
Easy to make and extremely familiar in flavour and texture, my Dearest Beloved actually said he much preferred the dewy chewiness of these brownies over normal brownies and now refuses to eat others!
I myself did notice that the gluten free brownie mixes I’ve used have yielded springier brownies, with the deep dark mix very smooth and self-adhesive, meaning that it sleekly sticks to itself rather than the sides of the bowl or tray. It’s perfect for mixing and takes less than fifteen minutes to prepare, including the oven heating time, so is very easy to whip up at a moments notice.
The cooling time is probably the longest of the entire process, and letting them air cool or putting them in the fridge yields the same consistency for me, so I just pop them into the fridge for about 20-30 minutes before serving. Before that and the centres are still a little mushy on cutting. I strongly recommend these delicious brownies for anyone wanting a rich indulgent gluten free treat for themselves or for sharing.
