Waist size comparision (Tightest lacing possible):
Start of month / week 1 : 28.7″
End of month / week 2 : 26.2″
REDUCTION : 2.5″

Thigh measurement (weight loss):
Start of month / week 1 : 24″
End of month / week 2 : 22.9″
REDUCTION : 2.5″

Notes on Month 1 :

  • Comfortable daytime closing size slowly slightly reduced over the 4-week period.
  • Corset wearing from morning (10am) to evening (10pm) resulted in a 1″ tighter lacing (from 28″ to 27″) when re-laced in the evening (around 8pm).
  • Half day wearing of cotton waspie under clothing resulted in rubbing of end of boning against hip front and slight skin abrasion.
  • Mesh waspies most comfortable for wearing soon after exercise.
  • At the start of the month oblique muscles had less give/flexibility, however by end of month waist give had increased (tighter lacing possible) but flesh overflow atop the corset increased.

Food notes :
Have reduced dairy intake but haven’t been keeping to strict paleo diet.

Exercise notes :
Exercising most days of the week, 20 mins minimum.

End of month / week 2 : 24″ THIGH

END OF MONTH
End of month / week 1 : 26.2″ WAIST
End of month / week 2 :22.9″ THIGH
